July 27, 2016: Update on the last chant for healing of the mental energy body, Kuu Maat Tatt Mmmmm: How healing seems to happen, watching people change over long periods of time, is that they connect with the specifically helpful process or healer or environment when they're ready to make a change. Boom! Finally, they are more willing and able to act and think differently. That being said, aware that there are myriad techniques, all working for some of the people some of the time, I am impressed with positive changes in my thinking from practicing these chants from the Pleaides, channeled by symbolist and healer Rae Chandran.
Interestingly, as I began to practice the mental healing one, the most vexing situations came up in my life, and I got very despairing about the time I spent thinking about them. When I got really fed up with spending my time reacting to stuff, doing the mental healing chant definitely has helped me change the channel.
Wow, my deepest apologies...I see I have July 9th here, and it should have been the 19th. Here is what's happening: there is one more chant that I want to go through the 21 process with before I put them out, the third one that's for mental healing. I'm sure my big brother would like that to happen! (He's a scientist.)
Different interesting things have happened with the 21 day chant: Ua Tatt Iskk: for me, the syllables are good clearing-out sounds, and during one of the last chants, I had a past-life flashback and healing experience that left me lighter. The UA is a good sound to feel expansive and let the voice go to new places, and to feel and know new things.
I am not quite done with the chant for emotional healing, Sa Me Hey Yaa Koo, (you chant it 21 days for 21 times). It's been a good backdrop for having new strategies occur to me when it comes to dealing with life, that show more emotional intelligence.
I'll post here as soon as I've got something to share!
Re the chants accompanying the article "Recipes From Around the World and Beyond for a Joyful Life", coming out in the Summer Newsletter, they will be posted here on July 9th.
