Summer 2010 Guidance for the Astrological Signs--read your Sun, Moon, and Rising signs

Aries: What seemed like a good idea yesterday might seem scary the next, but it looks like a case of the jitters, and that by August you can see the positive results of sticking with an inspired plan. It's kind of an iffy time personally but don't let that interrupt what you've begun. You're breaking out of patterns and bubbles, you can smash through your obstacles now if you want, and one thing that helps is the recognition you get for your gifts. You are honored in some way.

Taurus: Accept all invitations! And give some out, too: entertaining can benefit you. This summer you learn what you truly enjoy, which may be different than what you've been idealistically committed to. Actual experience will inform you. A lack of enthusiasm and a depressing reality may be how you begin this season, but you are growing in compassion and love, and throughout this year you steer yourself towards greater personal fulfillment. Whatever you do, choose to make yourself happy--that's your mission.

Gemini asks: "How to get to the top? How do I get to be in a place of knowledge and peace and tranquility? How do I rise above it all?" And the spirits say "Well, you ask too many questions. You demand too much of yourself and everything. Relax, chill out...let things emerge from your body; the knowledge of your body can inform you more; listen to your needs for fun. Be sure to do a couple of fun things a week this Summer."

Cancer: Happy Birthday Cancer! You might find yourself alone with a heavy heart; you can squeeze its burdens out like a sponge, and ask to be filled with better feelings, closer connections...make the choice to be happy! Be willing to receive! Here's the surprise: Cancers are headed for a lot of success and it comes when they are more on their own, working with their own strengths and resources. Their gifts are desired, and they can proceed to successfully delivering them. "Everything's been going wrong!" sobs Cancer. "But you've gotten rid of a lot!" says the Spirit of Goodness and Holiness. You can now be blessed with unimaginable treasures…" The caveat is, you can’t be stuck in the past--you are headed for success when you don't look back. You have what it takes to carry you forward: find your strengths, the stability within you know you can rely on, and build from there.

Leo: At first you can be filled with doubt, in a nervous place wondering whether you're being led right: Are your ideas to change things about your work and who you're with inspired by your highest good? It looks that way, but change is uncomfortable. The stars say you should be trying to go into new territory in a lot of different ways. In the big picture, you are likely to be reconfiguring your life, and if you aren't, you probably should be--it's just that time when everything comes due, and the life-changing choice of the "right path" is what you're crossing over to.

Virgo: Your fate is unclear this summer, a condition you are likely to weather as circumstances and relationships eventually sort themselves out, and your place or path becomes clear. If you don't wait it's because you really want something and you act to acquire it, but more likely others make your position clear. "I want to leap beyond myself" says the deeper self of Virgo, who yearns for freedom of spirit. "I want a lot of closed cases in my life. I want to feel beneficent towards those who are left."

Libra: There's something you really want to find out that settles matters, and this Summer you do. What you learn allows you to more easily make a transition, and you can end up in a more powerful place, knowing much better what will create substance in your life. Just wait for this Spring's events to bring results and information you can act on. Libra is ruled by the planet Venus, and your Venutian side comes out this summer as you seek balance: This is what it says: "I need my pretty self, I need to be around pretty things, that's a real tonic for me this summer. It's hard to stay light, there can be difficulty with family!  I need to balance that out by caring for myself, and knowing my limits."

Scorpio: Halleluljah!  You now are feeling safe and out of the fray. You've made it, you're at peace, things are different, you're much calmer, something is over... and something can begin as soon as you get some rest. Expect to be releasing like crazy... just let your body and your heart's desires take over as you clean off the last few years. You have a lot to get rid of. Don't rush to make good on any vows to tackle your challenges. You go on create a more interconnected life.

Sagittarius: You have the instinct to "go for it", to keep on going with those plans that require boldness and bravery. Someone or some event can realign you and make you feel back on course. Things are good! Your spirit says, "I want to be really grounded. I want to be "still" more of the time. I want to re-group. I want to look at all my checks and balances and where I stand, where my material assets are. I want to learn from others and I have opportunities to do that, especially in October and February."

Capricorn: It's stressful, but you are turning onto the right road, getting on the right long-term path. It can be a difficult beginning as you do whatever it takes to get onto the right course. Your new ideas are strong, you're happy about what you can develop, but expect to work hard to get yourself on board. New skills and abilities can emerge from your depths.

Aquarius: At first you are waiting for signs to direct you, feedback from the Universe, messages from your own source, and you may be doing something new that helps you connect. You want a higher vision for your life. It looks like a lot more is going to be happening shortly, and it will help get things rolling to take a trip, or get out of town for awhile. You want to be like royalty: to rise above the fray, yet instead, this time is likely to break you down in some way that results in a lot of personal growth. Outside help could guide you to focus on what's under your control rather than the obstacles themselves.

Pisces: It should be perfectly clear if something is a bad idea, or that something isn't going to work out; in some way you can be dealing with loss. Fortunately, adversity now can make you walk away and into a better place, or catalyze a beneficial identity change. June's Wild Ride

Dear Friends,

   It's been a month of new experiences and adventures, and although I'd like to be able to stare at a blank wall for awhile to digest everything, the world keeps turning...I'll be zipping up to Colorado in a couple of weeks, there's an interesting-sounding consciousness-raising event in Mancos called Rhythm and Soul, featuring the Agape founder, Michael Beckwith.  On June 17th,  I'll be doing a circle in Pagosa Springs, organized by Southwest Light and Learning Center.  Please get in touch with them if you'd like to attend.

   The big elephant in the room is how unpredictable and scary the world is right now. Just hang on, take care of yourself, and consider the larger view the stars suggest, outlined below.

                         Psychic messages and guidance for June 2010

June 2010 is like a stick of dynamite, its stars can rouse us to finally take action, do what we've put off, and even forge a new direction in life. What's right for us individually becomes clear and compelling. We can blast off to a better place when we put our own hearts first, and our dreams on the front burner.

The psychic pictograph suggests a highly unpredictable and even hard-to-believe ride as a collective, with the word "lie" emphasized, like a big lie bursts onto the stage. Headlines may blare shocking revelations that lead to changes in institutions. The context created by the planets, no matter how upsetting events are, is that disruptions lead to positive change. The individual and collective experience of Neptune going retrograde as the month begins is summed up in my May 31st tweet: "Expect to learn unexpected things about yourself, to your betterment; and about others, to the world's betterment."

A month ago in New Orleans, I did a couple of tarot readings about the oil spill. I can't see why I got the cards that I did, that didn't reflect this horrible scene. My prediction of containment, and it not turning out to be a global catastrophe, is looking completely wrong. On a hopeful note, Uranus just went into Aries, and if there are brilliant innovators (or their robots) working to fix the leak, they are now doing so under lucky stars.

Middle East: New leaders of terrorist organizations are extremely fierce and hell-bent on destruction.

China is gobbling up countries or companies or both--it goes on a kind of eating frenzy this Summer.

Australia is vulnerable to big fires in August.

The key to success in June: Be friendly, connect with others, and if you recently experienced a setback to manifesting your dreams, try again!  Even do what you tried before, but better!  Call back your can-do attitude and lure your game. In June's creatively charged atmosphere, you can float your ideas farther than before.

Fire signs (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius: ) Your strength comes out and you are becoming a more successful identity. If you have a unique service or art, you may offer something new in the future. If you are a fire sign with nothing going, remember that Nature hates a vacuum, and this is a very likely time to receive what you feel devoid of in the way of work or opportuntity. You are blessed by the power of the Sun this month and tend towards success.

Water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces) Things sink to the bottom, things float away, things spread out...things belong to others and you let them go. You want to flow, and the consequences of going with the flow now, are arriving in some enlightened state or place, with a simpler life.

Air signs (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius) : Go for the vision that has you breaking into a smile, go for the role that gives a shot at real happiness. Stay "up", think high. Let synchronicity and the omens show you the connections in your universe. Do or die to get out of any situation that holds you back, there's no more time for that.

Earth signs (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn):  Put your thinking cap on! You have choices to make! Gotta choose the right one: The right one's the light one, the light one's the bright one, the bright one's the delightful one, and make sure you're the one who's delighted. Maxim for the month: Knowledge is Power, meaning use what you know, as in conserve your energy and don't let yourself get drained.

January 2010 Part 2

Dear Website Readers,

   My apologies for such a late posting of all the personal messages and other predictions for the year...I've had a technologically challenging couple of months. It's January 27th, and President Obama just delivered the State of the Union address. Below is a prediction that the President starts doing what he wants to do in 2010, and his address tonight definitely corroborated that.

  My biggest impression of Obama was always that he was a great idea man, just the person we needed to think our way out of various situations. Divination always showed the success of his ideas, but I've been wondering if I were totally off, if it weren't a rigged game that he stepped into, where he wasn't in a position to change anything. Tonight's display of solutions had a tremendous wow factor, my faith is restored in his high consciousness, caring nature, and strength.

   I'm very excited about having a new email program that will send my newsletter to you,  one that lets you manage it,  sign someone else up , stop getting three copies, etc. But if I wait until I figure it out, you'll never get this. So for the last time, I'll be sending you my psychic newsletter in the homey, error-filled way I always have. Its entrance into a higher tech world will have to wait until  Spring.

  This is Part 2 with your individual messages, (here's part 1) and although everyone has a different story, I certainly noticed something as this year began: people were excited and hopeful about 2010, they felt good about it;;they expected good things to happen for themselves and their communities. How does this square with the prospect of devastating earth changes, ongoing and new wars, and widespread poverty? It's a dynamic year of manifestation, in which individuals can make great progress in whatever they are focusing on, and big bombshell events can materialize that have been a long time coming. We have to pick what we pay attention to. What happens in front of us is the past manifest, what's going on inside us and in various green and humane grass-roots movements is the future.

 One eye-catching prediction many prognosticators have made is that this is the year that we're contacted by space people. (The best material I saw on this is this well-done video out of Sedona, Arizona. Check it out:  YouTube - 2010 Predictions from ... Beyond.)   The message I got from...Beyond, was that people were ready as they'll ever be, there's no reason to think human beings need protection from knowing about life in other places.

2010 is a decisive year in that what we do, whether it's good or bad for us, has big consequences. We are more aware than ever of our responsibility to create our own fate.

This year the truth provokes a strong positive response...deeper insights about our own selves help us move out of ruts and create a more stable life. As we've all just witnessed, revelations about the chaos in Haiti and Port au Prince create an outpouring of support to build a better place.

More noticeable by May, people make important decisions that vastly improve their mood and life.  Many choose to follow their hearts, and feel they have returned to their true selves. It is as if there are new energies in the air, a new consciousness to connect with that lifts us up.   .

Many experience a greater sense of connection both with their own selves and their community. This is the wildcard and source of hope for the future. The growth of empathy--love--is the wildcard.

This is the year to let your light shine. This is the year to let go of fear. This is the year to go for what you want. 2010 grants us what we reach for, or what we cling to.

Re predictions about the economy, wars, weather, etc., I expect all kinds of natural and  man-made extremes and harsh conditions to threaten the world this year. However,  I have faith that catastrophes ultimately bring about positive change, not the end of the world. This is the worlds' big opportunity for transformation, just as it is individuals' big year to change their lives.

I have posted articles about the economic recovery,  Las Cruces,  Part 1 of the January 2010 newsletter , and five fate-changers in the decade ahead. (And if it's your birthday, be sure to read your birthday card and message at the Examiner.) About the economic recovery: I wrote last August that the stock market might bottom in 2009, although times would be tough for people in 2010. But I don't know about that upbeat prediction, I wouldn't bet on it.  

Here are a few more:

For all signs: New abilities surface, more so this Spring, and old patterns dissolve, especially ones with your family of origin. The best way to receive the new spirit and energy of this time is to strive to live a balanced life: everything in moderation.

Fire: (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius):  You are in a flow this action-packed year when you meet significant new people. Your previous efforts, past lives, and the desire for prosperity attract all kinds of experiences and encounters in 2010. Although money could come to you fairly easily, it is spiritual richness that is sure to come your way this year.

 Air: (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius):  Self-esteem grows, and you treat yourself better. This is a very different sort of year, full of new people and new influences and experiences that create resolve. Life does not go in a straight line. You are meant to circulate freely in 2010, and go where your heart leads. Relationships are completed, conflicts are laid to rest.

Water (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces):  Both you and your projects gain stability.  August and September can find you in different directions than you've previously gone, but whatever you're engaged in is fruitful and can come together quickly. Developments require you to pay attention to your family. August can be a breakthrough month--make sure you are doing what you want.

Aries: You see ways to do better financially, and also receive assistance if you ask for it. You have opportunities this year even in a contracting economy. Beware of biting off more than you can chew as your life can get complicated with too much going on.  However, partnerships can help you increase business and even improve your health. You make plans for the future, thinking about what's going to please you in the long term.

Taurus: It's quite likely you find your groove in 2010, and are happy with what you are doing. You can see the goodness of something, and can feel in the vicinity of your dream life. Your love is stronger and your strength is growing in 2010. Practice tolerance: it will go a long ways when you're not so happy with a situation that is also very good for you to be in. Look forward to more enjoyable relationships!

Gemini: In a greater state of psychological resolve and unity this year, your energy is much more deployable for things that you want in life. A series of successful personal transitions marked 2009, and now you have much more to look forward to. You're going to see a better place to go to, and spot more successful directions in business.

Cancer: You may wonder whether you're doing the right thing by following what feels like divine inspiration. Follow your heart and see where it's taking you, and don't jump to conclusions about what you are or aren't receiving. Don't demand that everything make sense right away as you follow a vision. The second half of the year is more successful. You finish projects into which you;ve put a lot of time and effort, and can take them to the next level.

Leo: Change happens suddenly. Things you want can materialize quickly. You can leave bad habits and outworn relationships behind. You connect with people who support you, and find yourself able to work better and are more accepted by the powers that be. Most important, you learn to please yourself more, simplifying your life and doing what makes you happy. You progress faster the second half of the year. (Addendum to Leo: Things can materialize quickly, but also de-materialize quickly if they are not being fed and maintained--you will see the results of your productive as well as destructive behavior.) 

Virgo: You have more connection with the people in your life than you did last year, and more active partnerships and relationships. You also have more space in your life to fill; certain activities are done with. There are many opportunities this year to redirect your energy.  See the success of your own past; it is on its shoulders that you move to an even better place; for some, you literally move to a happier location.

Libra:  This is a transitional year that demands you surrender, or change, even more than you are doing now to get what you want.  You could be in your own way, or stopped from going in the direction you want to go. You figure out how to get around obstacles, or how to stop being opposed by your own habits. You are making the effort because there is such a good place to get to. Focus on your priorities and desires, and know that where there's a will there’s a way. 

Scorpio: Money woes and material world concerns are part of the year, and then in Spring things ease, bringing the chance of a new beginning.  There are valuable lessons to extract from your circumstances, which basically, you have to work your way out of. Chances are you won't remember the difficulty, as you end up in a position that you recognize to be just right for you.

Sagittarius: You discover you can free yourself from old roles and choose new ones. You make strong personal progress, energized by new visions. There's a lot of work ahead of you, but it is joyful work. Networking, establishing business connections, and partnerships are highlighted this year.

Aquarius: Something big you're trying to achieve requires funding ...there's something not yet in place and you have to be able to wait it out. There's good potential in your surroundings but an opportunity does not come right away. Expect positive change in the Spring. You understand better how you function and work best in 2010, and can go directly to more rewarding places.

Pisces: You become more open-hearted, and may stretch your wings in ways you haven't for lifetimes.  A relationship or laison could develop into an important partnership. You can create more space for yourself through a new venture or collaboration. You're not ready to decide just how your life works...it's in an ongoing process of development in 2010.

New Year's Eve 2010

You are being sent these wish-making suggestions just as the moon becomes full for the last time in 2009; it's also a "blue moon" and a lunar eclipse: a rare celestial pop of the champagne bottle that celebrates the death and rebirth of our "ways", collectively and culturally, and for many, ways we have felt about our own selves for decades.  There is big change up ahead for each of us, and our respective societies.

The omen of the sun, moon, and earth lining up while the moon is in Cancer as the year begins, suggests the heavens and atmosphere lend strength to our emotional nature this year, making it easier to be loving, to feel loved, and to connect. We get sprinkled with stardust of a very special nature today, and we should and could be filled with hope for the future if we let ourselves feel the changing energy of 2010--if we can let ourselves be free of the past. This atmospheric change can actually be felt all month, perhaps especially after Mercury goes direct on January 15^th.

December 31^st, 2009, is a particularly potent moment in astrological time to make a wish. It's as if the planets are saying:  "Whatever you are intending now--and especially, whatever change for the good you can imagine for yourself,  put it out there, and expect it to show up."

Re charting one's course when Mercury is retrograde: it should cause people to do a lot of re-evaluating and reconsidering of personal goals and plans. The full complement of omens and signs needed to guide one's way have been rolling in the last couple of weeks, and will continue through the first few weeks of January.

I've noticed with clients in the last week, many are changing their plans to better plans, re-thinking things to come up with a better result. This happened to me too a few days ago. I happened to be using my own little telephone exercise to get in touch with my intuition! I got a very surprising message about a course I've embarked on, and not what I expected at all. My intuition told me that my plans created a lot of unnecessary, crazy-making steps. There was a better route for me to success. It made me come up with another plan, it re-focused me in such a way that I felt relieved, and that feeling of relief told me my re-considered direction was a better choice for me.

2010 adds up to 3, which is ruled by stability-seeking Saturn. When it trines Pluto next week,  it's a sign that now one can effect profound change, and anchor their lives to a different foundation, a different outlook, or a different partner.

Fire signs (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius): (Sagittarius, your zodiac birthday card is up at the Examiner.) You're aware of the weight of your decisions now, and that you've taken on very demanding roles. Fate is in the making this month! Roadblocks can appear--you'll find a way around them.
 

Water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces): Pace yourself so that you have the energy to enjoy the holidays. Projects already underway, travel already planned for the future, look great! The long-term outlook is good; this particular month can be stressful towards the end so take good care of yourself and mind your limits.

Air signs (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius): You're  likely to bite off more than you can chew, by wanting more than you can afford or handle, and not delegating as much as you could. You'll want to have energy and good cheer throughout the holiday season, and to achieve that, think "less is more". Try partying in a way that doesn't leave any kind of hangover, financial or physical. On the very bright side, you are scheduled to have fun on your creative path this coming year, and find life pleasurable and fulfilling.
 

Earth signs (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn): It's too soon to tell where your efforts to set yourselves free, to create new and healthier circumstances will lead, but only by continuing to move in new directions will you gain the momentum to see. Keep going with what's new and assess where you're at a month from now.

Psychic Predictions for Fall 2009

Dear Friends,

I hope everyone is hanging in there!

A quick note re my November 3-9 trip to Massachusetts and Rhode Island: I'll be in Manhattan and available for work November 10, 11, and 12th or longer...I'm working at TRS Professional Suites,  or by arrangement if you'd like a housecall. The biggest bang for your buck whether you are an individual, a city, a state, or a nation: The most important thing to invest in now is education. Invest your time in educating yourself this Fall, and getting up to speed with the info and skills you need. Invest in education! Knowledge is king!
 

What experience teaches now…these are final lessons people might be receiving, where they really get it that certain people clearly can't be trusted, or that a circumstance, habit, or person no longer belongs. Note the information but don't get caught up in the drama, just keep your eyes, like a beam of light, focused on your personal goals. Be very discriminating about what and whom you give attention. Some people will truly be forging a new path at this time, through uncharted territory, and they in particular need these crystal-clear signs about what to walk towards and what to leave behind.
  

Earth: (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn):  You can be in both a very creative mood, and yet not have the means to comfortably create what you want. Things can get cancelled or not continue to expand as expected, so don't count your chickens before they're hatched! Also, make sure that ventures with others provide the appropriate benefit and are a good fit. Now is the time to test partnerships.

What's New: Frequent posts  and  zodiac birthday cards up at The Examiner.  New "Questions for Cupid" columns weekly at VeryTogether.com.

Individually, people get strong insights and deep understandings about their own life and self. In general, a lot of truth precedes a lot more justice.

Note: I want to draw attention to a message that came out in the Water signs’ divination this month (see below), and also in pictographs: the idea that there is a general change in consciousness in the air meaning on a mass level we become more aware and respectful of all that lives, and of our connection to each other.

Innovations: Individuals come up with fantastic ideas and solutions. People are connecting the dots in new ways. In general, people become more creative with their identity and can change more easily, as well as get to the root of things.

The economy or markets slow down and fall again. Growth will be slow.  (I wrote a short piece for the Santa Fe Reporter in early August--it's up at the Examiner if you're interested:  it's about the Obama administration and the changing American identity, the war in Afghanistan (and does not express my own political views, it's just what I got.)

The internet retools and gets ready to captivate; the magical phase of the world wide web is yet to come! Now, technicians are reworking the internet, re-doing systems and how to get things out to people. A lot gets done very, very fast. New ways we produce, shop, partner with, and relate to each other must be accommodated. Everything is speeding up, there’s really a pressure on technical people. Their brilliance will be in high demand.

Leo 2009

Happy Birthday Leo!  What you can count on:  Feeling like a "new you", surprises-- and looking back to think it was a pretty interesting year. However, in some regard you can feel thwarted and that it's slow going getting to where you want to be. You might as well not rush. Instead, go at a pace that allows you to have fun and enjoy your life.
The Speaking Stones for Leo: This is a very surprising year. Much comes up that's from the past, both good and bad. You work again with past creative abilities. There's lot of opportunity. You learn to use your energy much more efficiently or strikingly. You're better at dealing with life in general, and more willing to move forward. This is only true if you’re doing what you want. If you're not doing what you want, you'll have an opportunity to change and re-align with your desires. If you want to, you can take yourself far, fulfill new roles, and achieve new.

Water Signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces): There's some project in the works that looks like it provides support and emotional harmony for a long time to come. There' a way to upgrade and  stabilize your life, a vision that began in May, and August is more of an action time of moving forward with your plan. It takes an investment to make this pay off.

Santa Fe Visitors Alert: There are two new local finds posted on my links page, and they're both free! One will provide an attitude adjustment just minutes from the Albuquerque airport, and the other, hot fun in the summertime at the new Railyard Park.

Update: July 7th kicks off the summer eclipse season with a full moon lunar eclipse in Capricorn, ending with the full moon lunar eclipse in Aquarius. People are figuring out how to "get out there"--how to reach out and connect with the world. And they're surprising themselves with how they do this, because it's in new ways.  In general people are using new means and straddling big gaps getting to somewhere new.

This eclipse season is a wonderful opportunity to jump high and out of the way of a lot that’s also coming tumbling down. Every spirit born now is here to try to jump like a salmon upstream. Just lighten your load and you can do it: being discriminating and focused is the secret to making this season’s fiery, combustible energy work for you.
The energy of this Summer is volatile, intense, and highly creative. Expect things to take off that you put your energy into: everybody can jump higher in the fiery, light energy of Summer 2009. Nobody will stand for oppressive tactic right now, so if you're being heavy-handed with your own self, or society is being heavy handed with its people, such regimes will collapse under their own weight.

Earth Day Messages, April 22, 2009: (receiving this message made me a stronger believer in the power of  the collective consciousness to impress, to be a force, because truthfully, I didn't know it was Earth Day--it was like, Wednesday to me--until I looked it up the date later in Jim Maynard's Astrological calendar.
In the morning I walked outside into the warmest and happiest Spring air of the season yet, and in it was a high and joyous energy, and the collective thought-form,  "Green, green and glorious planet earth...what can I do for you?" As if a million people were paying attention to planet earth--as if Earth were alive, and wanting our attention and heartfelt sentiments. We're changing, and the earth is receiving our blessings.

Earth Day Divination April 22, 2009:  USA:  Hate groups in the mid-West continue to strengthen; crime networks in the East Coast  are under pressure to leave the  area;  territory/land is lost in the south around the Mississippi; a city like Chicago (inland, middle U.S.) becomes a more powerful, thriving metropolis; a Canadian city like Ontario, Quebec, also grows.  A defining moment in the West...something happens that makes a difference to, has an impact on half of California (Now at this publishing, May 7th, it's looking like the legalization of marijuana.)  Southern states get colder.

Nature: A lot of volcanoes in the southern latitudes. Venus conjuncts the Moon in May, blessing love, creativity, and business for those who can let go of whatever they're clutching, who can spin out into May's beneficent and lucky spheres. Let yourself go, the water's warm, say the currents of May-- you are very likely now to wash up on a better shore.

Discoveries and Developments:  New methods of growing (food); underwater oil supplies are in the news;already developed products coming into the market and moving it.. An important development with alternative energy is ongoing and has the power to profoundly change things.

Left-out Spring '09 divinations: Preventative medicine and a wholistic health approach get very very "in" in the forseeable future. Be wary of investing substantial amounts of money in anything. It’s perhaps too early to invest in knowing what is substantial.

Guidance for Creative Manifestation: The straight and narrow path produces marvelous fruit in May. This is a very good time to be concerned with your creation, what you love to manifest in the world and can create right now, and that only. If it's not your fate to blow up, blow apart, transform, you will be having all kinds of discoveries in your creative life. Don't waste the opportunity!

The collective move towards ingenuity:  We are more sure of ourselves, willing to let go, and understanding of deep motivations. Being kind to yourself is productive. Be aware of judgment from others as you change. Continue changing. We are releasing age-old criticisms from deep within us, and at the same time moving closer to communicating and travelling out into space. We are coming into a deeper realization of our collective power.  As smart as we want to be! The triumph of ingenuity!

Water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces):  It looks as if you've got an idea, you're moving forward with something, but you get information that changes your tactic or  action plan, and this adjustment or new course taken is successful. Earth signs (Taurus, Virgo, Capricorn):  You have to make different arrangements, for some reason, than what you've been expecting. You're in between places, not sure where you're landing, but a better plan is coming. Oh Cards: If your life in some way is delayed, where you're not getting what you want now, you can swing between being in a real funk about it, really down in the dumps about it, sitting in a bar alone about it; or you can be playing, whistling, seeing whose in the play ground, having fun even if you're having to play by yourself, doing things that are fun for you to do. You seem to have a choice of postures to take while you wait. One's fun, one's not.

Spring Brings it Home 09

Friendship is going to be important this Spring, as many changing things happen. April is a time of big change for people, all over the world. These can be personal changes, inner changes, and positive changes as long as one doesn't resist change. We are all here to receive--some receiving blows that wake them up, some receiving arrows of love and enlightenment. Change happens so fast now...we are worlds apart in April.  Don't waste a dime of energy fretting over something that happened... everything that's meant to change, changes.

Anger can boil over in April: there's a lot of built-up negative energy in the world, and right now circumstances allow for its expression. In personal relationships, try to back out, or rest from strife, rather than trying to negotiate where it's clearly a struggle. It's better to walk away. The full moon is attracting a lot of attention, as if extreme things can happen on that full moon on the 9th.  The positive use of such a cathartic time is for personal healing and the release of all one's old stories.

Help can come from new sources: masterful people at their utilitarian peak can appear, good news about alternative energy is near at hand, and later in the Spring, the planets' grinding action on all our foundations is mitigated by fortunate aspects that should lighten the atmosphere considerably and give us hope for the future. But what a beginning!

The Speaking Stones on personal and professional growth this Spring:  "Speedy" is the operative word: People with talent and cooperative energy flowing through their projects and partnerships, come into full bloom rapidly this Spring.  Those who are rearranging their lives, making themselves more at peace with themselves and the world, can rise quickly from past conflicts that mired them. People re-group with new focus in this Spring's powerfully transformative energy.

Number One:  You are Number One! Let yourself off the hook from the job of saving the world and to tend to the care and well-being of your own self. This is the mother of all inner times...use it to get those check-ups, improve personal routines, and be good to yourself. (This was particularly true in March, still the case in April.) Take care of yourself and do for yourself, first and foremost.

Aries: This Spring, enjoy life, be willing to relax, gathering energy and creative ideas rather than cranking them out, and with that first Spring project, just work on it when you feel like it, and stop when you don't. Everything is in place--you are better prepared for change than you might think.

Taurus: You can be worried about where life is taking you, while actually going into a more powerful place than before. You can make your own place a more powerful place for you--there is power in paying attention to the highest version of what is going on with you, the one all about your growing consciousness, your greater understanding of where you belong and where you shine.

Gemini: What you want, and where you want to go, is something you get to later, so the challenge is being in the world now in a way that makes you happy. Congratulations are in order for closing one chapter of your life, and now you're organizing around new ones.  Realism is called for: you might have to make strong changes to get into the world that you want.

Cancer: Two different messages: You can feel quite special and very connected this Spring, and are likely to receive gifts that make you feel magic is at hand. Even Nature shows you its best, go out on the land! Travel plans work out well, filled with enjoyable social circumstances. #2: Time is on your side when it comes to having the right ideas at the right time: your ideas find an audience and success. P.S.: Recognize what can't be changed...the way change happens to you, you're likely to run into circumstances that can't be manipulated.

Leo: Feeling safer and healthier, with peace of mind, you begin a new journey in life this Spring. Possessing greater resolve and self-understanding, you have no need to revisit what's already happened. Now you deal with your personal power and get straight how to use it. Fatefully, a karmic interaction can head you in a particular direction. You seek to be in better form, with greater order and organization, and within you a new beauty is born.

Virgo: The world provides for you better than it has in the past. You might go on a pleasure trip! The unknown works well for you: you can build bridges and create new foundations for yourself. Education refines some important aspect of your communication. You're protected by new developments, and you land on your feet in new worlds. Bless your head (much is being released), your body, your gifts, your destiny---the future is looking good!

Libra: Change is liberating and expansive for you now, having already let go of a lot and gone through a lot--you're more or less cleaned off by the time Spring rolls around. You don't have time for too much from the past, or shouldn't make too much time. The way to run into the best possibilities is to run out to meet them--it's when you are "in the field", and embodying change, that you end up in the place with the most possibilities. 

Scorpio: You break from old formats, or perhaps new arrangements are made for you. Somehow routine activities can lead to unexpected developments. Education is a valuable tool now in getting what you want. It's your actions that count-- never mind if your head goes back and forth. Your route may be obscure, but you're headed towards  balance.

Sagittarius: Even if you're going in uncharted territory, it looks like you have support for taking a risk. Your good choices and helpful connections will be revealed later. You tend to be trendsetters, picking up on where things are going, more willing to leave the past behind than most, and have reason to get somewhere first.
 
Capricorn: Be discerning about the company you keep: you grow by going right instead of left. You find better environments for your gifts, and improved accoutrements and accessories to support you. Be suspicious of anything or anyone who has dubious qualities; it's easy to get into difficult money issues, too.

Aquarius: You have fewer questions than the rest of us, in that you know your direction and what you want to accomplish, and you're simply working on it. Self-confidence grows, even in the absence of concrete developments. Expect relationships to progress although those needing resolution will have to wait due to unknown variables, but your relationship picture trends positive.

Pisces:  You are in creative mode, and in a more stable place than the average bear this Spring: You're coming from a relatively balanced place, intent on making the most of the new beginnings possible in your life, and enjoying where cooperative, collaborative partnerships can go.

Overview:  Although the Age of Aquarius will begin to feel upon us, giving us hope and enthusiasm for group efforts, February is also a tricky month with a tendency to shock. The state of the economy makes people wonder if we've gone overboard and are beyond help. Sellers wonder if there are any takers. (It's a buyers' market.) People pour into certain areas for unseen reasons. Mercury retrograde, officially over January 31st, still seems to be in effect in February when it comes to deadlines or expected progress with projects. (Think "Spring"- not "February"). When you go to put your money down, avoid speculating or assuming too much about the future. Stick with the concrete, with the small-in-scope; be thorough, don't overextend but take care of business at hand. New beginnings plus lack of proper preparation can equal loss, especially the first half of the month. 

Be very curious in February: new interests lead to new realizations and new sources of energy.

Protect yourself from unwanted vibrations: recognize more quickly when your environment and people are draining you and your energy is getting low. Get out in the fresh air…go!

Many co-dependencies fall away or fall apart and stop functioning now.  Those dependent on external supportive circumstances staying the same should be formulating Plan B.

Clearing Out is a major theme in peoples' lives in February. Space could be coming to your closet, files, and drawers!

It's a good time to take an inventory of your values and what you want to deliver. What do you value and what do you need in your life to produce value for others?  Understanding this is an important key to success.

Now is the time to be on fire with creativity, but nothing else. There are many conflicts you could get fired up about, but what a waste of creative energy! Stay focused on what you've got to give.

From Ancient Santa Fe: In early January I went up on the hill behind my house, where people used to go to find pottery shards and fossils, and probably in ancient times, to do rituals. It's a perfect place to see the whole town and the mountains  beyond.  I used to go there every solstice and equinox to sing and pray and dance around in circle, but now it's topped by some of the fanciest houses in town, and nobody just walks around. But I found an area that was still wild and where I could still hear the spirits, and this is what they said about Santa Fe: It's appreciated by the land, and good business, to express gratitude for what the earth yields, to honor the area and its blessings with our personal thanks, just like is still done at the pueblo dances. The key to success is to stay in the present, to relate to each other in terms of what can be created together, and what can be done in changing conditions. It was still time for some people here, and Santa Fe in general, to shine, no matter what was happening in general to the economy. There's an influx of people from Colorado--some event can cause more people to come south.  (It's also occurred to me before that eventually having the train link Colorado to Santa Fe would be great for tourism.) Santa Fe should market more to Canada. There's a new local museum or attraction in the air…

Psychic Development and Learning to Trust One's Ability to Know (added February 2, 2009) The Continual Life Lesson, Professional Psychic Or Not:  Today, February 2, 09, the local newspaper carried a story about the unveiling of a new cultural attraction, just as I saw in a Spring vision that I posted on my website in January (the Prophecy Blog page). However, I did not include the details of the quick vision I saw because they did not make sense.That's why alot of people don't follow their intuition. Your intuition is often bouncing off of a different set of circumstances than those you know about at the time, making your feeling seem illogical. What I saw at first was some place up on a hill north of town, with kind of modern fun things going on inside it. At the time I discarded those details because I saw no reason a new museum or attraction would be way out there. But now it's in the paper, a new performance space and multi-use stage going up around the Opera House in the hills north of town!

Fire signs (Aries, Leo, Sagittarius):  It's easy to escalate things and spend too much money now. You might be expecting more follow-through in February than there is, so be careful about putting too much money into future developments. You need more time for integration and maintenance of what's important to you and your career success.

Water signs (Cancer, Scorpio, Pisces):  You get a go-ahead, you get a "yes"--there's an important action taken that's successful and sets you on your way with renewed hope for what you might find in the future, who you might meet, and new ways to get the job done, or do your work.

Air signs (Gemini, Libra, Aquarius): Even though opportunities are not in front of you, you get signs from on high, feel your good fortune up ahead, and the sense of connection you have now gives you peace of mind. It also seems to signify a whole new chapter in your life.

   Happy New Year! I wonder what awaits us...it's appearing to be a real smorgasbord of surprises. Meanwhile, it's cold and wintry-pretty here in Santa Fe--the big news in town is we have a new train system, which is surprisingly exciting!  It's bringing visitors and business from Albuquerque, and goes through the Indian pueblos--the views are supposed to be spectacular.

May we all be resourceful, prosperous, and pleasantly surprised in 2009!

2009

First Impression: The words that came for 2009 were "…a river of blood, a river of change".   The potential for bloodshed, big earth changes and revolution show up in 2009. Change is transformational: major change keeps on coming, like a river rolling along, changing the landscape, depositing people in new places. 

Numerology:  2009 is a "two" year, and will be full of dualities, for instance in the U.S., we'll go back and forth between transformation (the Obama agenda) and dealing with the past (trials, wars).  The extreme volatility of the stock market is another "2" feature, and likely reaches a bottom. Lifestyle and domain changes can be extreme. Some boundaries change, or try to.

In numerology, 2 and 9 break down to two numbers: 2 and 11. (Eleven is considered a master number, so you don't break it down.) In an "eleven" year, mastery is on display. Individuals can better manage their own lives now, and in the U.S., masterful people are at the helm and immediately take the country in a better direction, despite great frustrations.

"Eleven" also connotes spiritual growth, and this year many feel they are gaining mastery over their own selves. A lot of people are feeling healed. There's a big wave of people who are feeling a lot better about where they're going and what they're doing in life. Successful action marks the year-- in it, a lot of people get set up for future success, and find it's easier to align their heart, mind, and will.

The Speaking Stones: The stones mystified me. I believe they were portraying a disorganized landscape, like an earthquake, or the ultimate disorganization of some collective body, like a revolution. The Speaking Stones' reflection of destabilizing and transformative circumstances in 2009 fit various scenarios already in the air: earthquakes in Yellowstone, economic collapse, (and Europe looking more affected than the U.S.); border changes, war.

The Oh Cards: There were many images that showed the same thing, a striking contrast between the soaring spirit of people, their hope, and the state of the world at the moment. One image for America portrayed its renewed spirit and the Obama agenda: It's a big traffic light hanging over a beautiful highway, and the light's green and flashing "go"--there's a straightforward way clearly laid out for things to work. And all around the edges of this beautiful scene are different threats.

Gifts from Outer Space: New concepts, originating from some alien intelligence, seed the air with ideas about how to orchestrate and harmonize larger systems, giving us inspiration to change how we deliver energy and maintain power. There's the impression that on other planets, there's some kind of grid and everyone's plugged into it, and certain amenities are just taken for granted: that people have the right to power, and there's not such a profit structure around it.

The Earth: Better growing methods are introduced and greater respect shown for the earth. There is more community activity. Wildlife need help from humans more than any other life on earth. (A high-rated charity is http://www.wwf.org)   

Out in the world: It's very difficult for the United States to see how they can achieve the goals of balance and effect real change--a way is not provided at first, as if at first some serious you-know-what has to go down. The President of France does have to be careful -- he could still be a target.  Morocco is in some circumstance that it should wait and see what develops…different people come forward, routes change, and an alliance with another place strengthens systems of delivering things.  Alaska's position will improve: it is destined to benefit from something useful there but not yet realized, and to get more integrated with the rest of the country. There's still the idea of California getting rescued, something working out for California…California gets bailed out; and if there were any earth changes that affected part of the state, it would get relief. Women come to the forefront and they have the knowledge and healing ways needed now. (Added January 11: The last thing that happened in the circle when I was getting these messages was that my real or imagined informants said something like: "Gotta go--something's happening in Pakistan and it's "all hands on deck" Did that mean that there was some intent to intervene on some level on the part of the spirit world? Or that it was a metaphor for a serious situation brewing? It was too cryptic. But I got the impression an alarming development was in the air. Nothing was happening in Pakistan that I could see and I didn't include it in the newsletter. But I am reading about Pakistan in the headlines now, January llth.)

At all costs, conserve your energy. Choose peace over power.

If you decide to have a good time this year…well, you certainly can! Creativity is off the hook, and ideas abound--that's one reason it's hard to get really depressed about how bad things might look. Expect to have a very good time in 2009, seek what fulfills you, and you shall find it.

Aries 09: You modernize this year: You get into new markets and use more technology to work with your god-given talents. Partnerships serve social, personal, and professional needs-- this is an interesting, highly creative year for collaborations. The part you do is not the final step or end product. Be your own authority and trust your creative instincts. Only be willing to be complicated and intense with creative projects, not relationships. Proceed with authority doing what you see fit; your decisions are good because they're grounded in self-knowledge.

Taurus 09: The truer understanding you have of yourself and those you love create a change in your relationships and possibly location this year. You are surrounded by the creative spirit but an idea doesn't quite land, or the full form does not quite manifest at this time--there's still a debate about what to do, where exactly to direct your energy. You're not ready yet, but keep on engaging with creative energy, and exploring it. Do not judge yourself according to financial measures of success, or insist that this be a fruitful year in terms of material gain. It's much better to put energy into making yourself more potent, more creative and spontaneous, and more willing to do new things. Re staying in balance: even more than the last couple of years, your body will need more exercise and maintenance to stay relaxed, flexible and fit. It's well worth the effort!

Gemini 09: Be careful this year of overextending yourself or trying to do too much. Everything can still be great and you can take it a little easier. This year, you're hard at work and right in the middle of your interesting plans and strategies. Everything is on course, because it looks like you're engaged in what is most true-to-you to do.  Even difficult circumstances seem to end you up in a place you can appreciate. You're happy about where and how you end up in 2009.

Cancer 09: You may feel you made a mistake in some area, or created a loss for yourself. Perhaps an expectation was not reached. On the other hand, you'll have some of the most fun times in 2009 with either your work or your significant others. This could be a very high year of experiences that are really like a happier, higher level of your prior experiences. You would see a way to do something that really turns you on--you get backing for something. You may be surprised at how fun this year is.

Leo 09: 2009 flower reading: This year you will expect a lot, you have delivered a lot, and a lot will be expected of you. You are putting all your cards on the table, letting people know how creative you are and what you can do. You act more maturely, enjoying the challenge of your  responsibilities. Tarot: In some way, you are dealing with a difficult situation that you have to think your way out of …something might force you to abandon some goals, some directions, and look to others.

Virgo 09: Grace enters your life in some profound way. It would be very difficult to think of this year as anything but a success, even though you may be stressed to the max before you succeed. There's more of a strain in your life in the beginning of the year, Success comes through doing new things, your relationships, new environments, and new directions. Relationships are very important to your well-being this year, and you're very important to other people. You have to traverse a certain distance for more material success, and must help yourself now and get support to get to a better place. What you lack is not important, only to hang in there and go further than you ever have before, feeling life is better, richer, and more rewarding. 

Libra 09: You get into more joyful circumstances this year, but you do have to make moves to make this happen. Even though you have to be pro-active and recognize and take opportunities, Divine Providence also operates in your life this year. You may find yourself going back and forth between locations; in some way there's a consideration of changing domains.  It could be that with your creativity you need a different venue that appreciates it and will pay for it. There's something that you're outgrowing, and are moving towards more money for whatever it is you do--and you are now delivering a lot more for the money that people pay you. You need to spread out and see where else you can operate or perform. 

Scorpio 09: A lot of light comes into the lives of Scorpios in 2009, and even so, there can be the profound end of things.  What needs to grow is light in your life, and this might involve quite a change in circumstances can be quite changing. Changes happen when partnerships and alliances are strong, so there is support through change. You receive deep insight, a knowing you didn't have; there's tremendous movement within you. Never underestimate yourself…you are reborn this year!  Opportunity comes that answers a lot of questions, that really works for you.

Sagittarius 09: You are forgiven, if you're feeling guilty about something. There's no need to be punished, the difficulty you've had is enough. You get new chances, and there are better arrangements up ahead. You appear to have no past, no karma…2009 is an in-the-present, opportunistic, inspired and positive time because of what comes your way. You do get opportunities, or have a big brainstorm about what you can do or start. You get a chance to start something new, to begin in a new place and you really like where it goes and the people you meet because of it. Financial opportunity comes when you have a wider view of where you can end up.

Capricorn 09: 2009 is a clarifying year, and you emerge a finer person.  It can be a super-creative and rich time, but it doesn't necessarily mean you're making a lot of money. You're going to figure out whatever you need to satisfy yourself and deal with reality. In order for you to be happy, you make decisions that make waves…even so, make those decisions for your own happiness, so that things work for you. It's time to go out of your comfort zone in some way, and you could travel to faraway places. Avoid taking chances or speculating in the beginning of the year. If you're trying to expand professionally, be patient…it's likely that trying to expand now would take more energy than it's worth. This year's different…enjoy it!!

Aquarius 09:  You benefit in 2009 the moment the Sun goes into your sign: your birthday year begins with a tremendously fortunate astrological aspect meaning you get very clear directions about the right path this year, your new beginnings are blessed, and you begin a cycle of positive growth. August 2008 Eclipses' Omen

<sup>Watch Out: Not everyone is going to be looking forward, and don't try to drag anyone to the Renaissance Party if they don't want to go, it'll just slow you down. And, due to the comprehensive destruction of old structures going on, you could get caught in a crossfire if you don't observe the omens around you. There are dangerous neighborhoods, people in trouble, people looking for trouble--some people prefer to stay in the shade and if anyone seems shady, steer clear to avoid negative consequences--you could be appalled at what can happen now. Also, there is much destruction in this cycle of rebirth--it takes a lot of tearing down for the big building projects of now. Right now the auto industry is on trial, wanting to keep things in place, continue with the creative product of their time, but it keeps things too small, it is too tight a pattern for The Now's explosive expansiveness.

The Speaking Stones:  Reading #1: Our collective direction honors above all, an explosion of creativity up ahead that is on a global level, and it is trying to make a beeline for that. But there are a lot of factions that want things done legally about all the stuff from the past, and not being able to let go of the past makes for a lot of "stuff" to get through first.

Reading #2: What's left out of this stone design for the year is The Past. It is not a time much in relation to the past.
